A: No, If you live within 20 miles of
our office, and let us know in advance, we will gladly
give you a ride home in our Complimentary Shuttle!

Is it better to fix my car before bringing it in for
appraisal?
A: No, because our cost for parts and
repairs is much less than what you would pay at a body
shop. So save your money, and we will handle all that
after we purchase your car.
Q:
As a purchasing agency, are you only interested in popular/new
cars?
A: Not at all,
we are always happy to buy any car that has clean title
and is in good condition.

If my car is leased, is that a problem?
A: No, we can still purchase your vehicle
and find you another one. We will take care of the leasing
company.

I took out a loan to buy the car, do I need to call
the finance company and get any paperwork or information
ready to bring to you?
A: No, not at all. We will take care

Do I need to bring my car in for the appraisal, or can
I get the quote over the phone?
A: Trade-In Solutions' professional appraisers
base their estimates on visual inspections, mechanical
analysis, and a test drive. So it is necessary to bring
the car to us for inspection. The entire process only
takes about 20 minutes. How

Is it better to sell the car on my own?
A: Well, Selling a car yourself does
take a lot of time; Finding a buyer, negotiating a price,
correctly filling out all the necessary paperwork, advertising
it can also cost money... Or, just come see us, and
we will be through with the whole process in 20 minutes!

Do you only accept cash or check for the negative equity?

No, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and ATM/Debit cards.

- All payments are made in the form of company check. Trade-in representatives do not carry cash on premises.

to the Kelley Blue Book Trade-In estimator. (Note: The

that of KBB due to the condition of your vehicle and
